Marriage between one man and one woman. Can it get any simpler than that? Prop 102 simply secures the definition of marriage through an Arizona constitutional amendment.
Read it for yourself: "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state."
A YES vote on Prop 102 simply puts a clear definition of marriage right in our constitution, the highest law in the state. An amendment secures the definition of marriage in Arizona and leaves no interpretation for judges, politicians, or special interest groups.
One man. One Woman. Prop 102. It's that simple.
