Arizonans are busier than ever these days, so wouldn’t it be nice not to have propositions on the ballot that are long and confusing? Why not have a ballot proposition that is simple and clear? That's where Prop 102 comes in.
Prop 102 is short and deals with only one issue - marriage. It's clear what it means because it's just 20 simple words. Prop 102 literally speaks for itself:
"Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state."
So, when you vote, you know that at least one choice will be easy: saying YES for marriage!
